GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

We require PREREGISTRATION for all sessions (through the MINDBODY app, calling the Center, or the website) at least 60 minutes in advance of session start time. The number of participants will be limited and varied accordingly. If you need to cancel your reservation, we appreciate doing so as soon as possible so that attendees on the wait list will be notified.
